A Grade II listed farmhouse
The roof was stripped off and replaced with a new Penryn Welsh slate. The chimney stacks were rebuilt using a lime mortar mix and the rainwater guttering was renewed using cast iron with specially made wall brackets.

Converted Outbuildings
A new handmade clay plain tile was used to supplement the adjoining buildings.
Townhouse
Recent refurbishment of a large townhouse. The original Welsh slates were stripped off and reused along with the natural stone ridge cappings.
New Build
A newly built house. Natural imported Spanish slates with clay ridge cappings and lead sheet detailing to the dormer windows.
New Builds
Four new houses built to a high specification to compliment the village location. The roofs are covered with a Bradstone conservation tile, which is a modern day simulation to natural stone tiles.
