U.P.V.C. Guttering

All the old timber roofline boards (fascias, soffit and barges) were removed and replaced with a fully replacement U.P.V.C. board, including new U.P.V.C. rainwater deepflow guttering. This provides a fully none maintenance roofline and can readily brighten up the buildings appearance.

Well House

An old Well house in need of some tender loving care. The Cotswold stone tiles were removed to allow the refurbishment of the old hardwood structure. The tiles were reused and the building is revitalised.

Extension

A modern single storey extension using an interlocking concrete tile to match the main roof. The dormer window is covered with new lead sheet.

Roof Refubishment

A grade II listed town property with many of the roof areas totally refurbished. A mixture of coverings can be viewed, from natural slates and Cotswold stone to lead coverings of the flat roof and internal valley gutters. The side wall was re-rendeared and the timber framed window renewed. New cast iron guttering was fitted along with the wall brackets exactly matching the original. A new conservation roof window sits nicely into the refurbished Cotswold stone tiled covered roof plane. The work was recognised by the Chippenham Civic Society for good conservation work.
